Here's
another list of 10 things you should do. The list was compiled by Digital Home Canada. These are security precautions you should take if you have a Windows based PC to keep it safe on the Internet. The only step I disagree with is the one that recommends a pop-up blocker. Most modern browsers, like Firefox, have pop-up blocking built-in, and if you're computing safely, you will have upgraded to a modern browser already.
